Pinkies, Pullips and everything in between
I'm 28-years old and I still play with dolls. I'm not ashamed of that. What started out as one Pinky Street doll has grown into a collection of more than 50 complete sets, not including the duplicates (sometimes triplicate). Included in that 50 is the super rare Gunslinger Girl, Henrietta.
From Pinky St dolls, I started getting interested in Pullips, 12-inch 1:6 scale dolls that have movable joints and customizable parts. Thanks to a dear friend, I was gifted with two lovely girls. Could this be the start of yet another collection?
It’s no secret that Peter Moore is one of my favorite travel writers. So when I found out that he was coming to Melbourne to launch his latest book, I just HAD to go and meet him.
Some people like having their pictures taken with their idols. I like taking pictures of them with my Pinky Street dolls.
