Sayuri at the Marlboro Hills
The Racuh A Payaman Ranch, is commonly known around Batanes and among travelers who’ve been to Batanes simply as Marlboro Hills. The name comes from the hill’s close resemblance to the Marlboro hills featured in the cigarette ads. Undomesticated animals roam around the ranch. You can see free range cattle grazing on the grass that covers the rolling hills where the ranch is located.
Sayuri agrees with me when I say that the Marlboro Hills is the perfect place to sit down on the grass and meditate. Just no animals charging at you, and everything is peachy.
